Vacancy: Digital Marketer

Are you a Digital Marketeer who excels in figures and conclusions, and can make recommendations to your colleagues and the management team? Then this role is for you. You are responsible for technical marketing and participate in various programs. Analyzing improvements using Google Analytics, email funnels and improving the complete customer journey are some of the aspects you will be involved in.

In your role as Digital Marketeer you have autonomy and become the master of your own job and development! You put NEXTTHINKSHOP on the map and get satisfaction from the results you achieve.

Requirements:

You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience in technical marketing (website management, Google Analytics, etc.). Experience with Shopify is a plus. Availability for 24 to 40 hours per week. Features:

Customer Service Boss

We are currently looking for customer service employees who are ready for something more in depth. Join our young and enterprising team where you will quickly take on responsibilities. You will independently manage and further develop our customer service department.

Responsibilities:

Handling incoming telephone and e-mail traffic in Dutch and English. Developing appropriate solutions for complaints or questions regarding our turntables. Organizing returns with our logistics partners (DHL, GLS, PostNL, among others). Reporting and providing feedback on notable customer cases. Requirements:

Education level MBO, HBO. Available for 16 - 24 hours per week. Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory. Proficiency in both spoken and written Dutch and English. What We Offer:

Part-time position of 16 - 40 hours per week (flexible working from home or at the office). Reimbursement of travel expenses. 25 vacation days per year. Various team outings per year. A competitive salary.
