If you are dissatisfied with the goods received, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.
Download, print and complete the returns form if you have not already done so. Request the return form via the form below. Send your return form together with a photo of the products you are returning to info@nextthink.nl via email. After approval, ensure that your return shipment is properly packaged and meets all the conditions below. Please clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your package. Use an insured trackable service to ensure your package reaches us safely. Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@nextthink.nl .
Step 1: Request the returns form via the contact form below. Enter your order number, email address and reason for return.
Step 2: Ship your order. Send the items together with the completed returns form to the address on the returns form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As the sender you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account. Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within five working days.
