Order Process and Shipping

  1. Add to Cart: Found a must-have item from Nexthink? Awesome! Now select a color and/or size and click 'add to cart'. You can always return to your shopping cart by clicking the 'shopping cart icon' in the top right corner. Please note: having items in your cart does not mean they have been reserved.

  2. Completing Order: Are you done shopping? Then click on the 'shopping cart icon' in the top right corner to go to your NexthinkShop items. On the next screen you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button. You will now arrive at the checkout page. Here you can easily enter all your details on one page. Please note: once you have completed your order, you will not be able to change it as your order will be processed immediately to be received as quickly as possible.

  3. Shipping costs: NexthinkShop covers shipping costs. So, you don't pay shipping costs. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  4. Delivery Tracking: Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, the link of which you will receive by email once your order has been shipped. It may take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

  5. Delivery times:

    NexthinkShop strives for fast delivery of the products, adapted to different regions:

    • Netherlands: If you place an order before 3:00 PM on workdays, we aim to process your order the same day. The average delivery time is 2 - 3 working days.

    • Belgium: The same processing speed applies to orders to Belgium. The average delivery time is also 2 - 3 working days.

    • Other European countries: For orders to other European countries, the processing is handled in the same way. However, the average delivery time is 7 - 12 working days due to the longer distance.

    These delivery times are based on working days and start from the moment your order is processed.

  6. Absence during Delivery: If you are not at home during delivery, the package will wait for you for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will also receive a notification from the driver stating the pickup location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.

  7. Wrong Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

  8. Lost or Stolen Package: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please let us know. A report will be initiated by PostNL 14 days after the indicated delivery date, and we will keep you informed until the end of the investigation.
