Exchanges and Returns

Did you receive the wrong items or are the received items defective? Please send an email to info@nextthink.nl or whatsapp 0615508564 to discuss further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping.

Returns Request

If you have not already done so, please download, print and complete the returns form. Request the returns form using the form below. Send your returns form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@nextthink.nl via email. Once approved, please ensure that your return is properly packaged and meets all of the conditions below. Clearly mark ‘Returns’ on the outer packaging of your parcel. Use an insured trackable service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely. Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@nextthink.nl .

Return Policy and Guidelines:

• You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.
• Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
• If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
• If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this reduction in value of the product to you.
• Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@nextthink.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps:

Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address and reason for return.

Step 2: Send your order. Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account. As soon as we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is on your bank account within five working days.
