Exchanges and Returns

Have you received the wrong items or are the items received defective? Send an email to info@nextthink.nl or whatsapp 0615508564 to discuss further.

If you are dissatisfied with the goods received, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.

Request for Returns

Download, print and complete the returns form if you have not already done so. Request the return form via the form below. Send your return form together with a photo of the products you are returning to info@nextthink.nl via email. After approval, ensure that your return shipment is properly packaged and meets all the conditions below. Please clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your package. Use an insured trackable service to ensure your package reaches us safely. Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@nextthink.nl .

Return Policy and Guidelines:

  • You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.
  • Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
  • If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
  • If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you.
  • So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@nextthink.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps:

Step 1: Request the returns form via the contact form below. Enter your order number, email address and reason for return.

Step 2: Ship your order. Send the items together with the completed returns form to the address on the returns form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As the sender you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account. Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within five working days.
